was born in Southern California. She has been painting her entire life.

 

As the daughter of a well known artist, she was mentored by her father and was winning Art Contests as a child in 4th grade. As a child her award winning paintings were displayed in the Laguna Beach Art Gallery.

 

Letha experimented at a very young age with different art media and found herself drawing on most everything that did not move. While she is accomplished in many art genre her forte is painting people.

 

Letha is an avid people watcher which reflects in her unique way of

projecting both passion and life in her paintings. Her ability to capture ones emotion and unique pose is what gives her work such depth, style and spirituality. It is said about her work that she makes one come alive spiritually on canvas.

 

Letha also did extensive commercial work for the Parasol Company of CA,

and Paramount Studios for movies and commercials. Her unique style has been displayed in stores and shops such as the Broadway Stores, Robinson's May, Import gift shops on Balboa Island and throughout

Southern CA. where she was commissioned to paint murals, folk art and

paintings.
